Bryan Chandler - Partner, VP of Technology, Innovation & Analytics

As Managing Director & Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation, Bryan is responsible for the overall Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Research initiatives and forward-thinking which provide our agents & staff a state-of-the-art platform to support our client’s needs. Overseeing a Location Data team of 20+ GIS Analysts, Specialists, and Data Engineers, the team provides industry leading consumer and market analytics leveraging numerous third-party data sources along with internally produced market knowledge. Bryan joined TSCG as GIS Manager in 2014. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Science from Kennesaw State University, a master’s degree in Geographic Information Science & Web Map Programming from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from the University of Chicago.

Allie Blanco - Senior Location Data Strategist

‍Allie is the Senior Location Data Strategist at TSCG, where she leads TSCG Analytics. She develops sophisticated location and data analytic strategies that assist retailers, restaurants, and brokers in optimizing their positioning for success. These strategies are pivotal for clients aiming to expand and refine their site selection. Allie joined TSCG in 2021 as a GIS specialist, after serving as a Senior GIS and Data Analyst for the Natural Resources Group at the Atlanta Regional Commission. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geosciences, a Professional Certificate in Geographic Information Systems, and a Georgia Real Estate License. Her deep expertise in GIS and data analysis has been crucial in crafting actionable solutions that have driven notable gains for both clients and brokers.

Madeleine Daher - Director of GIS

Madeleine is an alumna of Ball State University (Class of 2015), where she earned her BS in Geography with concentrations in GIS and Meteorology. Relocating to Nashville in 2017, she joined TSCG’s office as a GIS Specialist, subsequently advancing to the role of Director of GIS in 2022. In her role, Madeleine adeptly manages and leads the TSCG GIS team, collaborating closely with TSCG Analytics to align GIS strategies with broader company objectives. Her contributions facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
